Mediterraneo Junction
The welcoming atmosphere at Mediterraneo Junction begins with a host or hostess greeting you at the door and finding you a table.
A board at the entrance whets your appetite with tempting specials. The specials at Mediterraneo Junction are truly special and often include delicacies such as crab and frog legs.
Mediterraneo Junction has two floors, a ground floor and an upstairs.
My favorite spot is the upstairs terrace. On this terrace, you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, be it the warm sun or a sweet breeze, as you watch people below.
The decor at Mediterraneo Junction goes a long way to setting the mood of the restaurant. Very woodsy, with empty wine bottles for decoration, the atmosphere at Mediterraneo is warm and cozy.
The menu is sophisticated and typically Italian. For me, it is a great place to eat rarities such as seafood and rabbit.
Mediterraneo serves the usual Italian fare, including excellent pizzas and calzones.
I have eaten at Mediterraneo Restaurant Nairobi many times, and I’ve never had a meal I didn’t enjoy.
It’s one of those places! The salads are good and can be eaten as main meals.
Everything down to the breadbasket is a true feast!
If you haven’t been to Mediterraneo yet, this restaurant will delight your senses. I recommend it highly, especially for celebrations of any kind.
For a special occasion, be sure to make reservations because Mediterraneo often gets full.
Like most upscale places in Nairobi, Mediterraneo accepts both cash and cards, e.g., Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
