City/Town, Country: Nairobi, Kenya
Best Grocery/Farmers Market: Zucchini Green Grocer / Gilani Butchery
Address/Location: ABC Place
Website: http://kenyabuzz.com/biz-directory/retail/food-a-beverage/green-grocers-zucchini-green-grocers-ltd

Why do you like this place?: ABC is great because you can get your produce at the Green Grocer, then head over to Gilani for the meats and cheeses and various western delicacies, and there’s a Chandaranda if you need anything else. I do most of my other grocery shopping at Nakumatt Westgate, but for the fresh foods, its all at ABC.
Thank you all for your responses!
Taish–You can actually just give the staff your shopping list and have them do your shopping? What a time saver!
Vive–I had no clue Nakasero market was open that early but yes, the variety and freshness of the produce is remarkable. Also, I find the vendors quite friendly!
David–I’ve seen the green grocer’s at ABC before but never actually shopped there. Thanks for sharing!
