I totally hear you. Because I am on the Internet so often posting for ChickAboutTown, I have to be extremely careful about not being sucked in by Facebook. I remember a time when I would be online for 4 hours at a time trying to put up a post because I would also be simutaneously reading my email, which would lead me to Facebook, which would be one big black hole! :-) Now with Facebook chat, oh my gosh!, you can&#039;t even just log off without looking rude to whomever is trying to chat with you.

Still, as I said you can strike a balance. Nowadays, I mostly only update my status and read/respond to one or two messages a day. The rest can wait. What&#039;s your secret to not being sucked in by facebook?
